👎🏻 I know it’s only been four weeks, but I feel I know y’all well enough to get something off my chest. I’m mad as hell – and I won’t take this anymore.

I imagine you’re saying, “But Roger, what has you so riled up? Elon Musk? Bad AI apps? Unpleasant new OREO flavor?”

No! It’s my true nemesis: meme pages on Instagram.

Last year I Tweeted this incredibly funny post on X, The Everything App (formerly known as Twitter, The Nothing App.)

While it’s not my biggest Tweet ever (that honor goes to the time I killed Crazy Frog), it is absolutely my most commonly “aggregated” Tweet.

As Spirit Halloween season ramps up, almost every day I have a friend tagging me or texting me to say that I’ve been “featured” on accounts like Worst Buy. They have almost 1M followers! I don’t!

You know what? I’m sick of it. And I think the people who run these meme pages should pay the piper – lest I unleash a flood of snakes on them (I don’t remember that story, honestly). 

But hey, at least they kept my handle on the screenshot – definitely a step up from the glory days of JerryMedia and similar slop aggregators circa 2015.
