It is Monday. Wow, we've hit the 20th issue of this newsletter. That's a lot of weekends spent together! I won't lie—getting here has been a mix of sticking to a plan and just rolling with the punches.

For those of you who don’t know, I own and manage the tech site, KnowTechie. I get a lot of emails. So, I tried out some new tools.

I've been trying out Inbox Zero to get my crazy email situation under control. It's pretty good at sorting things out and making my inbox manageable.

SaneBox was another one I tried, but my inbox almost gave it a run for its money. Might give it another shot because the idea sounds great.

Their trainable AI assistant identifies important emails and automatically organizes the rest to help you stay focused.

And that's just a teaser of what's to come in today's download. Grab your favorite cup of joe, and let's dive in.

.Just a heads up, if you buy something through our links, we may get a small share of the sale. It’s one of the ways I keep the lights on here.

💡Quick Tech Tip💡

let's dive into a cool new feature on your iPhones and iPads—Apple's Personal Voice. It's a unique tool that allows you to create a custom, computer-generated voice that actually sounds like you.

Here's a quick rundown on how to use it:

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Personal Voice to create your Personal Voice. Remember, the more personality you put into your recordings, the more unique your Personal Voice will be.

  2. Wait a bit for processing. It's a hefty task, but your device will let you know when it's ready.

  3. Finally, use your new Personal Voice for Live Speech during calls or in other apps. Just triple-click your Side or Top button, type your message, and hit send.

Apple has some stiff competition when it comes to this sort of thing. Meet ElevenLabs.

When it comes to AI voice generation, @elevenlabsio stands at the top. Their human-like, contextually aware voices make it easier than ever to create audio which is indistinguishable from human speech. Create voice overs for your videos, translate your content into other languages, or bring your writing to life through audio. Take your content to an entirely new level.

Google To Profit Billions From Changes To Its Search Thanks To Generative AI: Google is making a big change to its search engine called the "Search Generative Experience" (SGE). This change will affect how people search for information and how businesses market their products.

SGE uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate search results that are more informative and helpful. For example, when you search for a car like the BMW X3, you'll see results that include reviews, maintenance expenses, and other useful information.

This change will have a big impact on businesses because it will change the way people find and interact with their products. Businesses will need to adapt their marketing strategies to take advantage of these changes.

The Challenge Facing Samsung’s Galaxy S24 Ultra: The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is a high-end phone with artificial intelligence features. Samsung promises to keep updating the software for seven years, but it's unclear if people will be able to get spare parts for repairs like they can with the Google Pixel 8 series. For the Galaxy S24 Ultra to be seen as a game-changer, it needs to be great in all aspects, not just its AI features. Read More.
